Another forecast of strong winds and blowing snow in Skagway and a winter storm advisory until 6 p.m. for Haines. Highs 21-27. The Haines Police Department advises residents that Mud Bay Road is impassible from the harbor to the cannery at Letnikof due to heavy snow and stuck vehicles. DOT is on its way, but anyone traveling that way is advised to wait a few hours... Be safe, everyone!

Appeals court reinstates overfishing charges against Kookesh, two others
